Admissions
We are currently accepting applications for 2009-2010. We are enrolling children in Kindergarten through Fourth Grade.
We will begin accepting applications for the 2009-2010 school year, grades K-5, in October 2009. These applications will all be entered into a Lottery, which will be drawn in February 2010.
We strongly urge you to tour the school during school hours before you officially enroll your child at SBCS. You are welcome to visit the school any time of year, and to visit often!
STEP ONE
Send in a Pre-enrollment Form. If space is available, we will notify you that your child has a spot. If we do not have space available, we will notify you that your child will be put on a wait list.
The SBCS admissions lottery for the upcoming 2010/2011 school year will take place on
February 25, 2010. Pre-enrollment applications for the admissions lottery are being
accepted from December 1, 2009 - February 24, 2010. Please complete a separate
application for EACH child applying to the school. Pre-enrollment applications are
accepted on a first come/first served basis and MUST be received no later than February
24, 2010 by 4 p.m. to be entered in our 2010/2011 admissions lottery, no exceptions.
Pre-enrollment applications not received by 4 p.m. on February 24, 2010 will be placed on
our wait list and considered only if space is still available. All applicants will be notified by
mail of the admissions lottery results by March 5, 2010.
STEP TWO
Send back the Letter of Intent Form. Once your child has a spot, we will send you a Letter of Intent Form, asking you to verify that you still want the spot.
STEP THREE
Send in the Registration Forms. Once you have returned the Letter of Intent Form, we will send you the Registration Forms. We must receive these by June 15, 2008 in order to hold your child's spot.
